Este es el blog de un aficionado a la bici de montaña y al senderismo. Aquí contaré mis rutas por el monte. Normalmente incluiré el track de la ruta para que puedas hacerla con tu GPS. Jueves, 21 de agosto de 2014. Ascensión a la montaña más alta de La Rioja desde el valle de Cárdenas. Para acceder al punto de partida hay que ir a san Millán de la Cogolla y continuar a Lugar del Río. Yo aparqué el coche un poco después, en el área de la Emendula.
